The SPCP is a non-profit organization dedicated to the education
of permanent cosmetic technicians and promoting PROFESSIONAL industry standards. The
Society believes it is not effective, nor ethical, to offer an educational program for
permanent makeup application that does not include the essential minimum of
sixty hours of
training that includes color theory, in-house training and hands-on experience for the
student.
