Conference Features

Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional (CPCP)
CPCP Examinations may be pre-scheduled and taken on site. The deadline for applications is August 31, 2009.
Exam date is September 13th, 8:30am, scheduled on a first-come basis.

The SPCP Booth
SPCP runs a booth at every event for products available exclusively for our members. Members may purchase items such as colorful client brochures, before and after care instructions, client history, and other pertinent forms. Various publications are available such as Client Management and Medical Issues.

Train the Trainer
President Elizabeth Finch-Howell, CPCP and Past President, Marjorie Grimm, CPCP are presenting this highly acclaimed program! While a required class for those wishing to become SPCP trainer members, this will be a program even seasoned trainers will want to attend. Attendees of this class must be CPCP certified or scheduled to take their certification exam during the conference. The SPCP required five years permanent cosmetics experience to become a trainer member, although not required for class attendance; however, it would be in the attendee’s best interest to take the Train the Trainer class around the time they would qualify for trainer membership. Please refer to the SPCP website for other trainer member requirements or contact the office for packet.

Train the Trainer is on Thursday September 10th and Friday September 11th. Pre-registration is required. Be sure to register early as Train the Trainer generally fills to capacity.
